It's a very nice hotel, a little ways away from the smells and crowds of Patong, but not too far away. You are also in easy walking distance of a convenience store.

You could walk to the beach, but it cost 200baht/person. The toilets sometimes make the pool areas smell. Our rooms were often missing amenities (like soap), or weren't always cleaned (toilets were skipped), and it was obvious because we had been sick. :(

The location was beautiful. The room was amazing. The pools were fantastic. Sizzle restauarant was delicious.

Main restaurant was average. There was a wide variety of items to choose from, but they got boring fast. Breakfast buffet had some hot items that were not hot. Our butler never once checked in on us to ask how everything was. Very disappointed by that.

Location was far from the town, thus requiring paid public transportation every time. Shuttle service offered used to get full very quickly.

The hotel is not new, and there are visible cracks in several areas. Sound insulation is weak. During our stay, there was ongoing drilling and renovation noise.

The hillside pool is beautiful but I have to be honest the photos on booking oversell property.

Photos on Booking oversell the property. The hotel is dated. We had to move rooms as there was a bad smell on the ground floor. The spa also had a bad smell. Thankfully it’s a little bit away from the sleeze of patong.

Different pools, clean, very close to Freedom beach which is a stunning place

There is no negative balance on this hotel which is kind of rude. Are we gonna stole their drinks? The English of hotel staff was very hard to understand for a non-native English speaker. Reservations was challenging and there were lots of noise at nights - this was xmas holiday could be acceptableOne more we checked on 1.5 hours later and they gave us 2 vouchers :(

The stay was truly exceptional. The views are absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sea, creating a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, and the infinity pool adds a special touch to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Everything met and even exceeded expectations.

It’s 10-20 min. Drive to the center (Patong), and 45 min to some tourist areas, due to heavy traffic. The hotel requires buggy cars to move from and to the lobby, lots of stairs

Great choice for Phuket if you would like to be near the night markets, the mall as well as the waterfront. They provide a shuttle to and from the waterfront. The hours could be a little bit more flexible after 4 PM there’s a gap between 4 and 10 PM that a shuttle isn’t provided. The breakfast choice was amazing and they do offer shows to and from the airport for a fee.

The hotel is nice, calm, and clean. However, the breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The check-in time is 3:00 PM, which I found quite late, as we had a long flight and arrived around 12:00 PM.

The hotel is like a labyrinth, it was difficult to find our way to the different facilities.The hotel’s location is far from Patong center and there is not much to do near by.

From arrival we loved the ambiance and the vibe of the location. You're greeted with kinds hearts and warm smiles. At the lobby you'll be served with a cold towel, an amazing blue hibiscus (i think) tea that will change color immediately after you add lemon juice (also provided), accompanied with a sweet coconut candy. Miss Jane was our receptionist and she was such an amazing and phenomenal person and customer service rep. She guided us through the whole bill, broke down expenses, and informed up of all the hotel amenities and services provided. Once paperwork was completed and signed, SURPRISE! You have been upgraded! Myself and along with my crew were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. Maybe it was luck? But overall Miss Jane hands-down is the most amazing talent that Avista Phuket has. Going to the suite, you are afforded a free golf card ride down the hill. Other notable places were the main pool for sure! During our times hanging out at the pool and bar, Mr. Been was the one taking care of us. His drinks and conversation kept us entertained. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've been to, the selection and organization of everything around were def top-class. The staff at breakfast were equally as top-class. so very helpful to the last minute, as i'm getting up to get water for myself, 1 male staff just urged me to sit down and insisted he go get the water for me. Same goes for my party. so i played a prank on one of them and said i'm getting more food, then he spotted me at the juice bar and we both laughed as i was triumphantly holding the glass of juice in my hand.My party and i took the time to walk around the whole property and noticed, the most impressive things about the hotel is not just it's beauty, but how observant each staff is, their willingness to drop what they're doing to attend to you (Neeka?), and the level of dedication to cleanliness of the property.

Nothing, if you have something to complain about this resort and it's staff, you probably don't know how to enjoy life. Good luck to you and your future endeavors.

great resort, amazing breakfast and 3 amazing restaurants. Many pools all over the resort, doesn’t feel big thanks to the fact it is very well partitioned into small areas. Very calm. Great staff
